Hi All,

I am writing a Smart Card Reader Driver connected to the serial port under
windows 2000 platform
according to the EMV Specs and ISO7816 Standards.

There are certain issues in the EMV Specs related to the time
constraints. As Windows 2000 is not a RTOS will it be any problem in
dealing the time related issues in the driver.
