Dear All,
If you are using a plug/playable smartcard reader, for example a PCMCIA
reader.

You will encounter a problem if you plug in your reader after
the system boot up. The Win98 SmartCard Resource Manager will not recognize
your reader and no application can use it.

Does any one know when this problem will get fixed ? or there is a
work around ?
