Im working with Skp2.2 ( and SPk2.3).

I have some suggestion for you, but you have to test it, 1117 error it
very hard to find the bug.

1- Try to delete and format againe your card. Dont format with 0xFF.
2- What is the communication Speed??? Max speed for a Spk 2.2 is 38400.

3- What is you PPS??? if it FF 11 53 ... change the 53 for 11.
4- Scard Transmit, what command??? Serial No or other????

sorry for a little bit off-topic question; I have problems with these
gemplus readers and Giesecke&Devrient StarCos SPK 2.2 T=1 cards. The
card is
correctly recognized, but any SCardTransmit to the card fails with error
1117, ERROR_IO_DEVICE. Since all other cards I have work fine in these
devices and even these cards work fine in other readers, I believe that
this
is some problem of Gemplus drivers.
Any hint from anybody will be highly appreciated; Jean-Phillipe, if you
would like to know some oher details (card ATR etc.), please do not
hesitate
to let me know.
