Axel,

the card maintains a reset counter. Each time a test is performed, the
CURRENT reset count is transferred into the reset count for the test. When
ifdtest reads the result file, it compares the current reset count with the
reset count of the test that was performed. If these counters are different,
then the test program assumes that you did not perform the test.

Please, send me a dump of the card io, if you want me to give you more
information.

perhaps you could help me with a problem concerning the
AMMI testcard and IFDTEST.

At Test No.3 I get an error message that does not clarify
what's wrong in detail. Is there more documentation
available for the IFDTEST?
