Subject: [OSPF] OSPFv3 Extended LSAs dependencies

Since we've yet to get an implementation of this draft, we're moving dependent \
changes out of OSPF WG drafts that are ready for publication other then the normative \
references to [I-D.ietf-ospf-ospfv3-lsa-extend]. The first of these where this \
would have been an issue is OSPF Two-Part Metric.

I intend to batch these incremental OSPFv3 Extended LSA changes in a separate draft.

Thanks,
Acee
