Joel,

I feel, ideally it should purge the opq lsa it generated for that interface.
If, on deleting the opq lsa from your own database, you are losing the TE
info associated with that interface, then you should store the TE info,
flush the opq lsa and when the interface comes up again flood the TE info in
a new opq lsa.

I was wondering over one situation when a TE enabled interface become
diabled. Should the router purge its own opq-lsa for this interface or not.
