I'm not sure exactly what you're looking for, but there's
a lot of good information on MD5 on RSA's web page (www.rsa.com,
type MD5 into the search engine). There's also a
description of OSPF MD5 authentication in Section 11.7
of http://www.awl.com/cseng/titles/0-201-63472-4/ (shameless
plug alert). However, I kind of like RFC 1321 -- it even has all
the MD5 code included.
