Joe, it appears that this site is periodically cleaned....which may have
happened last weekend.  Someone is too efficient. :)

Anyway, the download has been replaced now.  Please look back at the same
site (hit refresh in the browser) to find the fix.

Soon, a permanently location will be chosen and the KB article will be
updated to point to it.
