Filippo, I'm not clear on what you're doing, since CryptImportKey only imports the \
key itself and not the certificate.  How are you importing the certificate?

   Hi everybody,
I have a problem using CryptoAPI in Windows XP prof.
I'm trying to import a certificate with a private key making the key exportable,using \
the CryptImportKey function with the option CRYPT_EXPORTABLE. It works fine but when \
I try to export the certificate with the private key from the browser, it says that \
the private key is not exportable (The same code works right under Windows 2000 and \
NT!!). Maybe it is a problem of data protection in XP. Could you help me?
