You sign the following byte stream:
  00 | BT | FF...FF | 00 | Data
(where data is the hash, usually 16 or 20 bytes) ie. just leave out the
DigestInfo part.

Hello,
i am trying to implement a CSP which support
CRYPT_NOHASHOID flag.
Actually it is not clear to me how to sign data in
case the flag is set.
If it is not set the signature function envelops data
in this way:
BT1|DigestInfo|Data
following the PKCS#1 specification.
In case of CRYPT_NOHASHOID flag set what must be
signed?
Actually i have tried the following:
BT1|Data
BT0|Data
but none of them seems to work.
