Are you sure?
As I can see CertGetCertificateContextProperty with
CERT_KEY_PROV_INFO_PROP_ID returns CRYPT_KEY_PROV_INFO structure, but
CryptVerifySignature needs HCRYPTKEY (i.e. pointer to key BLOB)...
