Once you get pCoSignerCert, use CryptAcquireCertificatePrivateKey to get
the hCryptProv and dwKeySpec values for that certificate.
CryptSignMessage finds the private key for you, but low level message
functions don't.

I actually used the example in MSDN. But it was giving "Keyset does not
exist" in
CryptMsgCalculateEncodedLength itself. So I used CryptSignMessage for
signing,
which worked fine. The code which I used to counter sign is taken from
the
example given in
MSDN and modified. The code is below
