It may be useful to register a dll implementing CertVerifyRevocation,
that does not go online and returns CRYPT_E_REVOCATION_OFFLINE so that
no other
Revocation provider is called. However this is a poor solution,
WinVerifyTrust should have a flag to prevent online checks, as
CertVerifyRevocation does.
