hello,

     For the security,we want to use our own Base Cryptography.

     So we can use my own CSP not Microsoft Base Cryptographic Provider

     to Files Encrypt or outlook Encrypt&Sign in win2000.

     Does Win2000 support this ?How can i implement this?
