Hi,

I had the same problem. I solved it by modifying advapi32.dll.
Simply change following byte:

0000E53F: 84 -> 85

It works for me on English (United States) Windows XP, dll version
5.1.2600.0
The modified version of the dll has to be placed into system while
in Safe mode just like dlls from cspdk. I also sign the csp with cspSign.exe
from cspdk (maybe it works even without the signature, I did not try it).

I think MS will not like this solution but it is better than nothing :)
