Hi,

We double click a .cer file to install the certificate to the system.
Sometime it is installed to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\...\AddressBook, sometimes it
is installed to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\...\CA even though it is not a CA
certificate.

Could anyone have any idea how the "Certificat Import Wizard" determine
which certificate store the .CER should be installed?
