Hello,

 you can be almost sure that all CSPs of type CRYPT_IMPL_REMOVABLE and
CRYPT_IMPL_HARDWARE (i.e. smart card, etc. CSPs) do not support
exporting of private keys.

As far as I know, Microsoft supports this on keys that have
CRYPT_EXPORTABLE flag set.
