Does anyone know of any way to force the 'High' security setting when using
CryptGenKey() in conjunction with the CRYPT_USER_PROTECTED setting, when
creating an RSA public key pair? I want users to have to enter a password
when their private keys are being used, which is only achieved if this
'High' setting is used during key generation.

I am using it from Xenroll and Internet Explorer.

Alternatively, does anyone know how to determine, programmatically, which
setting was used?

Thanks,
Patrick.
