I don't know much about Crypto Object, but here are two alternatives for
ASP:

-- Developing Secure Applications with Visual Basic by Davis Chapman shows
you how to call most of the CryptoAPI in VB.

-- Cryptography for Visual Basic: A Programmer's Guide to the Microsoft
CryptoAPI by Richard Bondi comes with open source COM wrappers for the
CryptoAPI base functions.

You might find it easier to use either of these instead of a commercial
product, because you'd have full access to the source code (and other users
of it).
