Have you tried looking here?

I am not sure what dll supports the Cryptography calls.  Try searching MSDN
on "CryptoAPI ce".

I have not used it myself so I cannot offer much help!

Does anyone know whether the CyrptoAPI can be used is CE 2.12?

There appears to be no ADVAPI32.DLL nor CryptoAPI functions in CORE.DLL

Has MSFT removed these functions?  Is there any workaround?

Any help appreciated.
