Hi!

Does anybody know how to absolutely hide files
or folders in Windows?  What I mean by "absolute"
is that the files or folders will not be shown in the
directory listing of Windows Explorer even if
the View mode is to show all hidden files unless
the viewing user is the owner.

Any help will be highly appreciated.
