Matt,

CERT_PUBLIC_KEY_INFO.PublicKey points to a DER encoded
blob - the ASN.1 of which is :

RSAPublicKey ::= SEQUENCE {
  modulus INTEGER, -- n
  publicExponent INTEGER -- e }
