Graham,

You need the following files:

winerror.h          for most of the errors
scarderr.h          for smart card errors
asn1code.h          for asn.1 type errors

The first two can be found in Visual C++ include directory and the Platform
SDK.  The latter can be found by searching ASN1CODE.H for two e-mails from
Richard Harrington.

Whether the descriptions found in these files is meaningful or not, is
debatable!
