Hi,
        given a certificate, how does CertGetIssuerCertificateFromStore
find the issuer's certificate?  Does it search for the issuer name only?
Does it use the issuer public key? Does it return only valid certificates?
Or any other trick?

I've saved a self-signed CA certificate to the CA store,  created a
certificate from the CA certificate and called
CertGetIssuerCertificateFromStore with that newly created certificate,
but it fails to return the CA's certificate!

Any ideas?
