Hi Manish,
        (I have never tried #1, so forgive me if this I am missing
something).

#1)  Make the "random session key" exportable and then call
CryptEncrypt() with the password based session key as the key and the
exported random session key as data.

#2) You can use CryptGetHashParam() with HP_HASHVAL to get the hash data
out of the CSP.
