   The Microsoft RSA Schannel Provider is currently only distributed in
Windows 2000 (thus in Windows 2000 Beta 3 RC0).

I'm trying to attach to the RSA SChannel provider (Type 12)
through the Microsoft CryptoAPI 2.0.  But it doesn't seem to be
on my system.  How does it get distributed?
