Does anybody know if schannel is documented anywhere?  I basically want to
use it to implement SSL.  Is Microsoft still working on an SSL
implementation that will be available to all.  What about SSL in Winsock
2.0?  I apologize, I'm just a little confused as to whether they're
currently supporting this or not...
