Does CAPI support CA functionallity? ie. Issue, Revoke, CRL checking etc.?
If so, is PKCS 12 supported? If not, what MS API is available for this?
Have any pointers to the API docs, libraries that does this or any
assistance to implement a CA.

Thanx in advance.

To the best of my knowledge PKCS12 is the standard format for
importing/exporting certificates into either Netscape's or Microsoft's
browsers. Don't be fooled by file extensions, both vendors are import and
export certificates in the PKCS12 format. The import/export options in both
browsers export both the certificates and the private keys--users are
strongly encourged to password protect these files when they're written out
(usually to a removable media for back storage purposes.) Hope this helps!
