Subject:    Converting Serialized Certificate to Certificate Context

I serialized a certificate context so that I could save the certificate
onto a smart card.  That works fine.  When I read the certificate from the
card, I am having trouble converting the serialized certificate back to a
Certificate context.  Please help me if you have any ideas!!
