I have an application that requires cryptography. I have researched and
found crypto API only ships with osr2 and NT.

what DLL's are required for this to work on 95a?
Am I allowed to ship these DLL's with my app?
will they even work with 95a?
should I go with some other library like Guttman's?

I have 95b and vc5.
