Subject: Cert PROV_HANDLE_ID property?

I'm trying to understand how CERT_KEY_PROV_HANDLE_PROP_ID is intended to
be used. I set this property on a cert that I have loaded into a cert
store and pass a pointer to a context handle I have established to my
own CSP.

In response to setting this property, I was expecting to see the
certificate management code invoking my CSP using this handle and
requesting some kind of information. I don't see any of my CSP
entrypoints being invoked? So what is the purpose of this property?

On the other hand, I can see the usage of the other property,
CERT_KEY_PROV_INFO_PROP_ID, which associates the necessary connection
information with the cert for any future access to the CSP.
