Right... errr but isn't mime pretty much straight text viewable anyway
(apart from the base 64 stuff, I mean).

You could add the footer, and all these non-mime bods would see is an extra
line of mime-boundry (and the see a lot more than that from the signed
emails!!).

Perhaps thats a better reason not to do it - if you did it as a mime portion
tacked on the end, and siging then worked, more people might sign! And then
what a lot of base 64 the non mime-ers would get!
