I think, that

is a PKCS#7 message of typ signed data, where certificates can be
attached for every signer of the message. They are added as an
array of CMSG_SIGNER_ENCODE_INFO

> 4. Serialized StoreFile
the encoded certificate blobs plus the properties which applications
can bind to the paricular certificate e.g. via
CertSetCertificateContextProperty and serialized with
CertSerializeCertificateStoreElement, i.d. extending the encoded blob
by a representation of the properties
