Does anyone know where I can get some sample source code that gives an
example for generating a certificate using CryptoAPI 2.0.
I am very familiar with the technology and the x.509 syntax, its the
CryptoAPI way of doing this that is complicating to me.
This process seems to be somewhat complex using CryptoAPI 2.0, and I havn't
found the documentation very helpful in this area.
There are no Microsoft examples that show the code for certificate
generation either.

If anyone can point me to some code or send me a code sample that shows
X.509 certificate generation using CryptoAPI 2.0, I would appreciate it.

I am looking for C/C++ code.
