CertEnroll.dll is used with Internet Explorer 3.0 to generate key pairs and
accept certificates from a CA.

Is CertEnroll.dll redistributable?

>From what package from Microsoft is it contained?

How can I get a copy? (I'm a US Citizen in the US, if it matters.)
