Hello all,

My advance apologies if this isn't the correct place to post this question
but I'm having some problems diagnosing a netbios/SMB connection on one of
my workstations.

The physical machine setup is as follows:

Workstation -> 3Com 24pt 10BT Hub -> Server

The workstation seems to be stuck in a SMB message loop with different
servers, rebooting and changing CAT cables hasn't seemed to fix the problem.
>From what I can tell using my sniffer, the NETBIOS header from the server
has the following flag sent in every 5th packet: ***Mismatch--> Actual Data
Length: 1456 Bytes

The SMB command is:

Command: 46 - Read+X

Any ideas on what might be causing this or how I might fix it?
