Yes, I wanted to chime in on this.
Unfortunately at this time as you all know these user interfaces are not localized \
and both the CAB and the DLL are signed so modifications would invalidate the \
binaries.
The only way you can control the UI around these dialogs is to wrap the CAPICOM \
library with your own library (as Michel has done with several sample Java classes) \
which would make your library the host and these prompts would not appear.
In the future we will be delivering comparable functionality in the .NET classes \
any UI these classes expose would be localized.

Hmm, it seems you're right and that means my workaround is wrong and shouldn't \
work. the signature is really in the dll 8-((( so any binary modification should be \
detected.
I see the reasons for releasing english-only version but there should be a way .... \
what about providing us with a property to set aditional text? the message should be \
displayed in english and if the aditional text was specified, then it is added to the \
dialog .... maybe some issues with some strange languages (chinese etc) but ... \
Anyone from MS?
