WTL does not support dockable windows or toolbars (at least not yet). 
Supposedly (and I believe it) dockable windows is not trivial to 
implement, and WTL does have to limit its scope somewhere. If you really 
need dockable windows, go with MFC.

Look at WTL (Windows Template Library) undocumented from Microsoft...

You can get it with Platform SDK April 2000 from microsoft... there are 
also

Does ATL has support for creating docking windows similar to MFC? If I
create a dialog box using ATL can it become dockable if I use it in some
windows application?
