Well well well, the problem is solved. I updated kernel, xorg and fglrx
driver at the same time, also changed some critical driver options in
xorg.conf. I don't know what exactly helped, some things work different
now and messages in xorg.log are a bit different, like allocating 128mb
pcie memory instead of 64, the point is I don't see any signs of that
bug. Both lscale and cscale can be used, brightness can be changed and
so on.

Two small problems appeared, but I don't really care about that. First is
FATAL: fglX11CMMFreeSurface: firegl_FreeBuffer() failed
message on mplayer exit, and second is that yuv=4 stopped working. It
displays garbage even without lscale or cscale right now. I don't
remember checking it for a while, though, so it may have been like this
since I updated to latest cvs a few days ago.
