no, it doesn't work with Eugene's win32 loader.
i talked with him about this a week ago, but he couldn't help :(
he said that divx4 will be available for all platforms as native lib,
and do not use dll hack.

so, all you with non-intel unixes, should bomb eugene with mails
asking for support or beta-testing library on your system.
