  Hi,
      I have downloaded Lame 3.96 from Lame Aim't MP3 Encoder site \
(http://www.mp3dev.org). In this package, there is no API and Hacking files. I wish \
to write my own code using the lame_enc.dll. So please let me know the function \
details of this dll.
