Here is one thing I'd like to see:
	Instead of having Mozilla set its own File/MIME type
associations, why not draw from Explorer's (on the Win32 platform,
obviously) file assoc's?  This is what IE x.x does and it's very
expedient and slick.  It's a pain in the arse to have to redundantly
set helper apps and plugins and such for every file extension.  How
hard would it be to implement?  Would COM have to be used maybe to put
a wrapper around Explorer's file assoc objects and have Mozilla
reference *them*?  It would doubtless also make the code a bit smaller
and simpler.
