Alphabetical order.

Alphabetical order is practically identical to putting parent
directories first.

If I remember a URI, it'll be much easier for me to work out where it is
in an alphabetical list, than to remember

how often I have visited it in the past 9 days (in comparison with other URIs),

> - most recently visited first (69265)

how recently I have visited it (in comparison with other URIs),

> - typed urls first (and/or make typed urls a different color)

or whether I got there by typing or clicking (or both).
