Amen. I do Web development for a living. I am one of few who has actually
read the HTML 3.2 and 4.0 specifications at http://www.w3c.org. I am
proficient in JavaScript 1.2 & 1.3, and Perl. BUT, I still get pretty
damn lost trying to figure out how the damned skin works. There are way
too many files. File X modifies the appearance of Navigator buttons, file
Y modifies their behavior and file Z modifies this and that. Then a
separate file for all kinds of unimaginable parts of the UI.
