My idea is to have a toolbar on the right side of the desktop to browse
while using other apps on the side.This is what it will do "on-the-side" in
point form.

-the top button will flip out a email pane
-the next button pops up the news headlines pane
-then there is a button to bring up a address diolog box
-then a dial button
-at the bottom a button pops out the standard

It is sort of a mini browser.They should make a Windows CE and PalmPilot
version of Netscape.
