for navigator 4.06

how does one right-align the text contained in an <input type="text">
control , when that control is contained in a <td>

explicit and implicit style sheets , used within <td> or within <input>
don't work.

the align property of <col> does not work.

<span> does not work.

everything works fine in IE -- why does Netscape not conform to W3C ?
