OK I got onto Freshmeat using Qt Mozilla (updated from this morning's CVS and
built today) without any crashes.  I am getting some NS_ASSERTIONs from the
nsImage code, which might abort in a non-debug build, I don't know (I pretty
much always build with debugging on so I can trace problems without
rebuilding).  If you want to eliminate the assertion to see if that helps, it
is the check for 0 size rectangles in one of the nsImageQT::DrawTile methods
(in gfx/src/qt/nsImageQT.cpp).  You should be able to comment out the assertion
without introducing any other problems, since it is in an if that just returns
for 0 size rectabngles anyway.  Commenting this out and rebuilding the GFX
library is probably the fastest way to eliminate this as the culprit.

Let me know if you learn anything more about this...
