I'm using mozilla-i386-pcos2-vacpp-0.8.1 with MOZRMB36.DLL from a prior
installation.

If I want to open an HTML file on my local hard drive, Netscape 4.61's
"File -> Open Page -> Choose File" gives me a "Drive:" selector so I can
Browse for a file on another drive.

However, Mozilla's "File -> Open File" doesn't have a "Drive:" selector
so I can't Browse for a file on a different drive.

What I need is the Browse capability so that I can find and open an HTML
file on a different drive. How do I do this in Mozilla?
