Here if I'm offline, it gives me an Alert about being unable to connect
to www.mozilla.org, and if I'm online, connects to
http://www.mozilla.org/credits/. Ditto if I just type about:credits in
the urlbar. It doesn't try to load the local credits.html (deep in
/chrome) at all.
