Actually, fibers are NT objects, and parts of the NT world (4.0 and
newer), have API that deal with fibers. Fibers are non-preemptible, user
scheduable threads. NSPR uses a limited number of NT "threads" as
execution vehicles to support at large number of NSPR "local" threads.
